HELPppppppp.......................

What :

Low Cost Terminal
To facilitate the operations of Low Cost Carriers in Singapore, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) has started construction on a low cost terminal (LCT). Singapore's Minister for Transport Yeo Cheow Tong revealed the terminal's design theme and interior layout on 4 May 2005. The single-storey, 25,000sqm LCT will offer simple and efficient operations to facilitate fast embarkation and disembarkation.
The infrastructure will also not have aerobridges, so travelers will need to walk a short distance to and from the aircraft. However, no frills does not equate to no facilities and amenities. CAAS described the upcoming LCT as a "cheerful and relaxing terminal" with 3,000sqm of retail space (travelers will still be able to enjoy duty-free shopping and quick snacks) and air-conditioning in most areas. The LCT is scheduled for completion in early 2006 and will be able to handle about 2.7 million passengers a year.

Then ?

Please think of a name for the low cost terminal..what will you call it?? Keep those comments coming............
