Time consuming activities ??

Venturing into studying made a huge impact in my life...my leisure time been drowned into studies and planning for the class project,a theme party.

Top of the list is definately mahjong, its time-consuming and economic and keeps everyone occupied, unlike pool which only 2 person is involved.

Mahjong (
Chinese: 麻将 or 麻雀;other common English spellings include mahjongg, majiang, and hyphenated forms such as mah-jong or mah-jongg) is a gambling game for four players that originated in China. The Chinese word 麻将 literally means "hemp general". In Cantonese an alternate writing, 麻雀, is more common (the same kanji are used in Japanese). In Cantonese this literally means "sparrow" and is pronounced ma4 jeuk3, while in Japanese it means "hemp sparrow", and is pronounced mā-jan.
In English, in addition to Mahjong, the name of the game is variously written as Mah Jong, Mahjongg, Majong or simply "M-J"; there are other, less common variations as well. The spelling "Mah-Jongg" was trademarked by
Joseph Park Babcock in 1920.
The closest Western analogue is probably the card game
gin rummy. Both games involve selecting or discarding units (tiles in one case, cards in the other) to score points by forming groups or runs of similar units.
The game pieces (
tiles) and scoring rules used in the game are slightly different depending on regional variations. The game play in general is very similar in all versions, as players compete to build sets including the highest point value.
The object of the game is to build complete suits (usually of threes) from either 13 or 16 tiles. The first person to achieve this goal is said to have won the game. The winning tile completes the set of either 14 or 17 tiles.

Players: 4
Age range: > 8-10
Setup time: 2-5 minutes
Playing time: 0-3 hours
Rules complexity: High
Strategy depth: High
Random chance: Yes
Skills required: Tactics, observation

But recently because of my high drive in mahjong playing, all my kakis are shunning me..claiming I always play very big...but the thing is seldom game !!.hahaha..

Hey people, seriously do you even done something which gives you a sense of achievement instantly...??

ITS COOKING !!

Man,am I enjoying every moment I cook, from shopping for the ingredients to preparing it,cooking it and then eating it...its equivalent to like raising a child and relishing every moment of it...

Apart from the normal steamboat I do, I went into something more time consuming...

Its wantan or wanton...I did this yesterday and response was still ok..maybe they didnt wanna hurt my feelings......

But the overall result was quite ok, apart from those which I accidentally torn open, all the wantons were held firmly and the fillings didnt fall out while cooking....

Not bad hor ?? Quite standard right ?? Guys that cook really is sexy......

Apart from this, I've been learning creative designs with vanilla, chocolate sauce and pink and green jelly sauces. Creative design is the accompaniment for dessert or any dish which looks dull on its own...

Wah lau,its the cute guy in the left again...wats that he's holding ??

Looks good right ? Virgin try, so please restrict on those harsh comments...

But peeps, there's always good places to go and chill out if you're not into the above indoor "sports"...

Ranking not in order :

1) Cosy Bay, accessible from indoor stadium. The cod fish is higly recommended.

2) Ice Cube, opposite Serangoon Gardens Chomp Chomp, great place for its ice cream.

3) Yet Choon Restaurant @ beach road. This place serves good chicken rice with a very old setting, supposely opened since 1940. Cheap and quiet in the afternoon.

4) Party World @ Shenton Way if you're into singing, its always the choice for me,huge and service staffs quite ok,some abit beng though..

5) Fish & Co @ Terminal 2,no need to elaborate further...

6) East Coast Park !! Can play pool, pubs, picnic and pig out...the best place alive.

7) Hong Kong Cafe along East Coast Road, serves authentic Hong Kong street foods, french toasts real good, but very packed during meal periods...

8) Mrt : This is the best, for less than $5 you can tour around Singapore and have those indian smell in certain cabins, and see all kinds of people, refer to below...

This was spotted by my friend during his trip to school,I couldnt stop laughing the whole day...

Yep,she's wearing a swimming coustume...this is so so sinful...

Thats about it...must update myself more before passing all the information to u all...Have a great week !!
