Cocktail Mixings.......
Compiled my personal favourites of cocktails...all been proven and tested....so a satisfaction is guranteed in such cases....
MOJITO: (pronouced as mo-hee-toe):
3 fresh mint stalks
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
club soda
In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lemon juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda.Add a lemon slice and the remaining mint, and serve.
FLAMING LAMBORGHINI:
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz sambuca
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
Pour the sambuca and kahlua into a cocktail glass. Pour the baileys and blue curacao into two seperate shot glasses either side of the cocktail glass. Set light the concoction in the cocktail glass and start to drink through a straw (this drink should be drunk in one). As the bottom of the glass is reached put out the fire by pouring the baileys and blue curacao into the cocktail glass and keep drinking till it's all gone.
Serve in:Shot Glass
SEX-ON-THE-BEACH:
1 oz vodka
3/4 oz peach schnapps
cranberry juice
grapefruit juice
Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball glass. Fill with equal measures of cranberry juice and grapefruit juice, and stir.
Serve in:Highball Glass
ADIOS MOTHERFUCKER:(tried this at Velvet Underground once...dunno how true this is internationally though)
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
2 oz 7-Up
Pour all ingredients except the 7-Up into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Top with 7-Up and stir gently.
Serve in:Highball Glass
SINGAPORE SLINGS(There are two versions of Singapore Slings...for those ah hai that dunno)
SPORE SLING I
1/2 oz grenadine syrup
1 oz gin
sweet and sour mix(Worchestshire sauce)
club soda
1/2 oz cherry brandy
Pour grenadine into the bottom of a collins glass, and fill with ice. Add gin, and almost-fill with equal parts of sweet and sour and chilled soda. Top with cherry brandy, and serve unstirred, garnished with a cherry.
Serve in:Collins Glass
SPORE SLING II
1 1/2 oz gin
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cherry brandy
1 tsp grenadine syrup
top with club soda
1 maraschino cherry
ice
Combine gin, cherry brandy, pineapple juice, and grenadine into a collins glass. Stir well. Top up with club soda and garnish with the cherry.
Serve in:Collins Glass
COSMOPOLITAN MARTINI(Martinis are the drink for any occasions,but not all martinis contains martinis.)
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
1 oz vodka
juice of 1/2 limes
1 splash cranberry juice
Pour all ingredients in mixing glass half filled with ice, shake and strain into chilled martini glass.
BLUSH:(My self invented,original recipe)
1/2 oz Absolut Vodka
1/2 oz Barcardi Oro
3/4oz Snapple Pink Lemonade
1/2 oz Grenadine Syrup
Peep One Tonic Drink.
Garnish: Cherry on the rim and lemon slice in the drink.
Pour all into mixing glass except Peep One. Shake in shaker for approx. 7 seconds. Pour in serving glass and top up with chilled Peep One.

JENN'S COW(Dedicated to Jenn,cos she simply adores this cocktail of mine.. This cocktail is simply invented by me,adored by jenn,loved by everyone!!)
For a serving of 2,using rock glass.
30ml Kahlua
60ml Bailey's
90ml Dutch Lady Full Cream Milk.
Pour all ingredients and shake for about 5 seconds,not too long as it will become too foamy...serve in rock glasses.Cherry in the drink for a sweeter taste.
OVER THE MOON: (Another self invented shot,to drunk every the most hardcore person!!)
Sugar Rim a shot glass.
Add half red wine and half gold rum. Drink as one and lick the sugar after drinking.
