Wah lau eh,I missed out 4 sets of winning 4D numbers in today's 4D leh.......but,as I'm in search for happiness than materials pleasure pursuit,I shall ignore my monetary ventures for a while..
Today is a very important day for me,its my mother's birthday and I just wanna tell you people that I love her,adore her and forever her baby..And one of my friend Shirlie also having her birthday today.My family have great planning so everyone one of my family member's birthday falls on the 29th,giving the other family members to buy larger presents or bigger angbaos cos end of the month got salary mah...
Today came back with lotsa durians,loads of them,from my uncle staying in Mandai area,its from the same tree that I grew with my cousin and myself.Remembered the dog dug up a sampling of a better higher grade kinda durian stem and got whacked by my cousin till I always made sure its always not within a radius of 20m within the new durian tree,we even hung the cane there to remind it ! The durians are unique in the way cos half of it might taste bitter and other half might taste sweet.Upon going home and saw my neighbour,he kaykay came over and said,''wah,so many durians huh?'',I just smiled at him,then he pressed on,''can finish meh?''I quickly gave him 2 durians and went off..Wah lau,damn thick-skinned leh..Hai..
Then I took one durian and asked my elder sister,''this durian must be bitter one lor." My elder sister wasnt impressed,so I went to my second sister and asked her,''You know this durian bad or good?"She asked me how to see,I told her to smell the ''butt'' of the durian,holding up for her to smell,I pushed the durian towards her extended nostrils and poked her with it,then I ran away saying,''this durian must be bad lor,cos it pricked you,I'm going to throw it away.'' HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA,so nice when you have siblings you can bully......With the durians in front of us,my mum's mango cake was isolated in the fridge..
Durians,so many kind,how to know sweet or bitter kind?Now those 50 cents or $1 durians I dont dare to buy,cos they used alot of fertilisers on it,last time durians are seasonal,but now you can eat them everyday,anytime of the year...abit not natural liao leh...
Personally,sometimes I only like bitter ones,but sometimes I do go for sweet ones.Smelling and beating the durians actually seems the right and professional way to do it,but not always..Good durians are just small,about the size of musk melon,these durians normally consists of a few segments,and the flesh creamy and about equal size..This is the best of the best,you only take up to 2 and you'll feel full.
How to get rid of the smell of your hands after eating,for your mouth,either drink coconut juice or use an empty durian shell laced with salt and mix with water,gulp it down.For fingers,you can hold the empty durian shell under running water and then use the water that runs down through the durian shell,you hands will not smell of durians instantly..amaz
ing...........Or can simply order chewing gum from me....
Erm....think i ate too much,feeling really uncomfy....ending the blog now....
